SHIPPING
Orders ship within 5 business days of processing and does not include weekends or holidays. All orders receive tracking information via your confirmation email. Please allow delivery carriers 5-7 days to deliver your order. If your order has not turned up, please email us at concierge@plantasmedicinas.com.
RETURNS/ EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We cannot accept returns due our products being natural. If you have an issue with your order please email concierge@plantasmedicinas.com. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

REFUNDS
If a refund has been processed, you will receive a notification via the email you used to make your purchase with. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
