Transitioning to natural shampoo may take an adjustment period depending on your hair type, water, and previous haircare products used. Synthetic ingredients are designed to make the hair "look and feel good" in the short term but have no real long term benefits that natural ingredients do. Be patient and trust the process. Haircare products cannot be resold once used and in an effort to minimize our carbon footprint, please contact our team prior to ordering should you have any specific questions on any of our products. We want you to love our products just as much as we do. 

SHIPPING

Orders ship within 5 business days of processing and does not include weekends or holidays. All orders receive tracking information via your confirmation email. Please allow delivery carriers 5-7 days to deliver your order. If your order has not turned up, please email us at concierge@plantasmedicinas.com.

RETURNS/ EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We cannot accept returns due our products being natural. If you have an issue with your order please email concierge@plantasmedicinas.com. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

EXCHANGES

REFUNDS

If a refund has been processed, you will receive a notification via the email you used to make your purchase with. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
