Pitta Stress Relief Tea

This tea is perfect when you're feeling hot, intense, stressed or frustrated. Fragrant rose petals combined with spices to help cool down your mind, body and emotions.

Makes about 3 servings

Ingredients

1tsp tulsi

1tsp rose

1tsp passionflower

1tsp licorice

1/2tsp cardamom(green) pods

1/4tsp vanilla

20oz (2 1/2) cups hot filtered water 

Directions

Steep all ingredients in teapot for 3-5 mins, strain and enjoy! Steep longer if you want the tea stronger.
