Pitta Cooling Elixir Recipe (Matcha Alternative)

Pitta Cooling Elixir Recipe (Matcha Alternative)

Matcha who? This is your new go-to ritual for focus, calm, and cooling clarity — especially when Pitta (fire element) runs high.

Formulated by our Founder, Ayurvedic Practitioner and holistic recipe creator with Neem, Brahmi, and Bhringaraj (the key botanicals in our Pitta Pro-aging hair wellness formulas). This “matcha” version is a powerful internal tonic for radiant skin, healthy hair, healthy hair, a clear mind, and a balanced mood.

Featuring: Neem, Brahmi, and Bhringaraj
Serves: 1 | Time: 5–7 minutes

Ingredients:

3/4 cup coconut milk or coconut water
• 1/4 cup warm water
¼ tsp Neem powder (cleansing & cooling)
¼ tsp Brahmi powder (clarity & calm)
¼ tsp Bhringaraj powder (nourishes scalp & supports liver health)
½ tsp vanilla extract or a few drops of rose water (optional, aromatic & soothing)
1–2 tsp maple, agave , agave or coconut sugar (balances the bitter herbs)
A few ice cubes

Instructions:

1. Add herbal powders to a glass cup, heat water and pour a quarter cup into the glass.
2. Whisk Neem, Brahmi, and Bhringaraj until well combined. Add ice and coconut water or coconut milk.
3. Add in vanilla or rose water if using and your preferred sweetener.
4. Stir well. Enjoy on a hot summer day. Preferably, following your Pitta haircare ritual.
