Ingredients
6 cups water
(All herbs are cut and sifted)
3 tablespoons Tulsi
2 tablespoons Brahmi
1 tablespoon Ashwagandha
1 tablespoon rose petals
10 Saffron threads
1-2 tablespoons of honey (optional)
Instructions
- Boil water in medium sauce pan.
- Reduce heat to low, add all herbs. Steep and simmer covered on low for 15mins
- Strain and add honey if needed
- Drink 1 cup in the morning and repeat throughout the day.
- tea can be refrigerated for up to 5 days
